【時報記者林資傑台北報導】今年首號颱風尼伯特來勢洶洶，行政院長林全昨（6）日視察「中央災害應變中心」，瞭解防颱整備工作與相關部會應變情形。林全表示，尼伯特已轉為強颱，請各部會注意可能遭遇問題，並加強與地方政府聯繫，全面做好準備工作，讓可能的損失降到最低。









林全表示，許多災害的發生往往不可預期，政府應以「做最好準備、最壞打算」來看待颱風造成的影響，防颱是各部會與地方政府的共同責任，希望在中央災害應變中心值勤的同仁能與部會充分聯繫，並請中央氣象局持續監控並發布颱風動態，讓民眾充分瞭解。

林全指出，透明化和即時提供資訊在風災發生時期非常重要，相關通訊設施、電力、水等的維護會影響民眾生活，請相關部會務必及時支援，並指示中央災害應變中心要做好準備，隨時啟動應變機制，必要時能及時做好預防性撤離，並與地方政府保持密切聯繫。
